These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RepDash platform, operated by RepDash Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. By creating an account or accessing any RepDash service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using RepDash on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

RepDash provides AI-powered sales intelligence services including deal scoring, pipeline analytics, conversation intelligence, and real-time call coaching. You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform, including CRM records, call recordings, pipeline data, and analytics outputs. RepDash Inc. processes this data solely to deliver and improve the services described in your subscription agreement. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it to train models for other customers without explicit consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any RepDash AI models or proprietary algorithms. RepDash Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage patterns, or pose a security risk to the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

RepDash Inc. ("we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the RepDash platform. We collect data you provide directly (account information, CRM credentials, team configurations) and data generated through platform usage (call recordings, transcriptions, deal scores, pipeline analytics, and conversation metadata). We also collect standard usage telemetry such as login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and device information.

Your CRM data, call recordings, and pipeline analytics are processed within your designated data region and encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Call recordings are transcribed using our proprietary speech-to-text models and stored in accordance with your retention settings. We do not access your recordings or transcripts for purposes other than delivering the contracted services unless required by law. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting dpo@repdash.pro. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate.

We share data with sub-processors only as necessary to deliver the service (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery). A current list of sub-processors is available upon request. We do not sell personal data. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with applicable regulations.
